This Privacy Policy explains how Praveen Group of Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application Praveen Sir (the app name on Google Play / App Store) and related websites including praveengroupofsolutions.com.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number, password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication).
- Profile & booking data: branch preference, appointments, service history, and related notes.
- Staff / operations data: employee IDs, attendance, work logs, and CRM call/lead status for authorised staff roles.
- Device data: app notifications tokens, basic device identifiers needed for push notifications and security.
- Optional media: photos or files you upload (for example profile or ID-related documents) when you choose to provide them.
2. How we use information
- Provide booking, membership, spa coins, and customer support features.
- Operate staff portals (reception, telecaller, admin, PGOS) for authorised users only.
- Send in-app or push notifications about appointments, team messages, or account activity.
- Improve reliability, prevent fraud, and meet legal / accounting requirements.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers we use to run the app, including Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging) under their respective terms and security controls. Staff only see data required for their role.
4. Data retention
We keep account and booking information while your account is active and as needed for business, security, and legal retention. You may request deletion as described below.
5. Account & data deletion (Praveen Sir)
Customers can delete their Praveen Sir account in the app: Profile → Delete Account. You can also request deletion on the web: Praveen Sir account deletion. After verification we delete or anonymise account data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal reasons.
6. Security
We use industry-standard protections (encrypted transport, authenticated access, role-based app portals). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please keep your login credentials private.
7. Children
Our services are intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Your choices
- Update profile information in the app where available.
- Turn off notifications in device settings.
- Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
